Frequently Asked Questions
The bot isn't sending any messages!
Make sure the bot has these permissions in the channel you configured it to post to.
A listing notification is delayed or missing.
It's likely that the bot never received the listing from the OpenSea API (or received it very late). We have had reports from users about delayed or missing listings, and every time we investigate, it turns out that OpenSea either never sent the listing or sent it more than 10 minutes late. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about this unless OpenSea fixes its API.
The marketplace icons are showing as :opensea: or :blur: instead of the actual emojis
Please make sure the bot has the Use External Emojis permission.
